常温高黏改性沥青的研制及性能研究

为进一步提升稀浆类沥青混合料的耐久性和路用性能,开发一种黏度高、稳定性良好的改性乳化沥青——常温高黏改性沥青,采用先改性后乳化的工艺,在不同原材掺量下,分别对沥青乳化前后的性能进行分析比较,确定采用8%SBS+2%增黏剂、乳化剂B1最佳掺量2.4%制备常温高黏改性沥青.通过拉拔试验和湿轮磨耗试验进一步验证了常温高黏改性沥青黏结性能和拌和混合料抗磨耗性能远超常规改性乳化沥青.
Research on Development and Performance High Viscosity Modified Asphalt at Room Temperature
In order to further improve the durability and road performance of slurry asphalt mixtures,a high viscosity and good stability modified emulsified asphalt-room temperature high viscosity modified asphalt-was devel-oped.The process of first modification and then emulsification was adopted,and the performance of high vis-cosity modified asphalt and before and after emulsified performance were analyzed and compared at different raw material dosages.It was determined that 8%SBS+2%viscosity enhancer was used for high viscosity modi-fied asphalt,and the optimal dosage of emulsifier B1 was 2.4%.The adhesion performance of high viscosity modified asphalt at room temperature and the wear resistance of mixed mixtures were further verified through pull-out tests and wet wheel wear tests,which far exceeded conventional modified emulsified asphalt.
