路基工程智能压实检测指标研究

为了对路基的压实质量进行连续实时监控,利用传感器技术、GPS定位等关键技术研发了一款路基智能碾压系统,由数据采集、传输及应用层3大部分组成,可以实现对关键指标的远程监测及预警.采集不同碾压遍数下同一位置的智能压实检测指标(CMV)、动态回弹模量及压实度,建立了不同土质CMV与动态回弹模量及压实度的相关关系,确立了目标CMV值.
Study on Compaction Meter Value of Intelligent Compaction for Subgrade Engineering
In order to carry on the continuous real-time monitoring to the subgrade compaction quality,an intelligent compaction system was set up on vibratory roller,in which the technology of sensors and GPS positioning were used.The system was composed of data collection and transmission and applying parts.It can realize remote monitoring and warning of main items.The relation among compaction degree and value of intelligent compac-tion(CMV)of different soil as well as dynamic resilient modulus was built up.The target value of CMV was es-tablished.
