Study on Mechanical Properties of Composite Insulation Board and Aerated Concrete Block Wall in Integrated Construction
In situ tests of the tensile capacity of anchor bolt and the tensile bond strength of composite insulation board were carried out by HC-MD60 high precision rivet drawing instrument. The test results are:The average ten-sile strength of anchor bolt is 2.345 kN,the average bond strength between the surface crack strengthening layer of composite insulation board and the thermal insulation core material is 0.17 MPa,and the bonding strength between the inner bonding layer of composite insulation board and the block wall is 0.1MPa.The me-chanical properties of the combination of cement and anchor meet the requirements of DB/T29-281-2020"Technical Code for Application of Composite Insulation System of Cast-in-place Concrete with External Formwork in Tianjin".
