In order to improve the accuracy of geodetic latitude calculation,based on the Bowring 1976 formula and by reducing the deviation of normalized latitude,this paper proposes two methods for geodetic latitude calcula-tion,which increase the accuracy of geodetic latitude calculation from the order of 10-3"to no less than 10-10"and 10-14",respectively.
