低温型钢筋套筒灌浆料的配制及性能研究

针对套筒灌浆料在低温环境下早期强度偏低或无强度、膨胀率无法满足标准要求等问题,通过多种外加剂的调配及各组分的优化配置,研制出一种早强、高强、微膨胀的低温型套筒灌浆料,并对其低温下的性能进行研究.结果表明:负温养护会延缓灌浆料强度增长;复配快硬水泥、缓凝剂、Ⅱ型膨胀剂、早强剂及防冻剂的低温型套筒灌浆料在负温养护条件下的抗压强度满足JG/T 408-2019《钢筋连接用套筒灌浆料》要求;拌和温度升高,增加了负温养护条件下的1d抗压强度,但对3d和28d强度没有产生影响.
In response to the problems of low or no early strength and insufficient expansion rate of sleeve grouting materi-al in low-temperature environments,the paper develops a low-temperature type sleeve grouting material with early strength,high strength,and slight expansion through the formulation of various additives and the optimi-zation of each component,and studies its performance at low temperatures.the results show that negative tem-perature curing can delay the strength growth of grouting materials;the low-temperature sleeve grouting mate-rial with composite fast hardening cement,retarder,type Ⅱ expansion agent,early strength agent,and anti-freeze agent meets the compressive strength requirements of JG/T 408-2019"Sleeve Grouting Material for Reinforcement Connection"under negative temperature curing conditions in this test;as the temperature of the mixing water increases,the 1 day compressive strength under negative temperature curing conditions in-creases,but it has no effect on the strength at 3 and 28 days.
