超高层大体积混凝土温度裂缝控制技术研究

针对热带地区超高层项目底板大体积混凝土的温度裂缝控制,以实际工程为例,提出选用低热混凝土、控制混凝土入模温度、分区分层浇筑、优化振捣施工工艺以及加强养护过程中温度监控等措施,在适应热带地区气候特点的基础上优化底板大体积混凝土浇筑、养护工艺,有效控制了底板大体积混凝土裂缝的产生和发展,确保了底板大体积混凝土施工的高质量完成.
Research on Temperature Crack Control Technology of Super High-Rise Mass Concrete
Aiming at the temperature crack control for mass concrete in floor of a super high-rise project in tropical area overseas.Through an actual project,it is proposed that the casting and curing technology of large-volume con-crete with floor can be optimized on the basis of adapting to the climate characteristics in tropical areas by se-lecting low-heat concrete,controlling the temperature of concrete entering the mold,zoning and layering pouring,optimizing the vibration construction technology and strengthening the temperature monitoring in the curing process,which effectively controls the generation and development of cracks in the floor mass con-crete,and ensures the high quality completion of the construction of the floor mass concrete.
