针对市政管网检查井因老化等因素影响发生的破损、渗漏等容易造成水环境污染、水土流失、地面坍塌的问题,以天津市高水位地区某检查井为例,阐述高聚物注浆及离心浇筑法非开挖修复检查井的原理、设计思路、施工流程.工程实践表明,该方法能有效且高效地非开挖修复高地下水位地区老旧检查井存在的结构性缺陷.
Application of Polyurethane Injecting Method and Sprayed Cementitious Material Method in Manhole Rehabilitation
In view of the damage and leakage of municipal pipe manhole caused by aging and other factors,which can easily cause water environment pollution,soil erosion,ground collapse,and other problems,base on a cer-tain inspection well in a high water level area of Tianjin,this paper elaborate on the principles,design ideas,and construction processes of high polymer grouting and centrifugal pouring methods for non excavation repair inspection wells.Engineering practice has shown that this method can effectively and efficiently repair struc-tural defects in old inspection wells in high groundwater level areas without excavation.
