环保絮凝剂对高黏粒高含水废弃泥浆絮沉性能影响

为了使公路工程结构基础施工中含水废浆快脱水,对钻孔灌注桩工程废浆展开一系列量筒沉积试验,研究不同絮凝剂种类及填加量下废弃泥浆的絮凝效果.结果表明:加入有机絮凝剂将显著加快工程废浆中固相絮沉速度;与有机絮凝剂相比,添加无机絮凝剂引起的工程废浆絮凝沉积层厚度在相同时间内相对较小;自主配制环保型絮凝剂仅在0.02%加量时可使废浆的剩余浊度下降至10 FTU,可有效包裹、桥联固相颗粒,絮凝效果优于常用的阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺(APAM),与复合絮凝剂(CaCl2+AMAP)的脱水效果相当.
Effect of Environmental Flocculant on Flocculation Performance of High Viscosity and High Water Content Waste Mud
In order to solve the highway engineering structure foundation construction in the rapid dewatering of wastewa-ter,in this paper,a series of tube sedimentation tests were carried out to study the flocculation settlement ef-fect of waste slurry with different kinds of flocculants and different dosages.The results show that adding or-ganic flocculant can significantly accelerate the solid-phase flocculation rate of engineering waste slurry,and the thickness of flocculation deposit layer of engineering waste slurry caused by adding inorganic flocculant is relatively smaller than that of organic flocculant in the same time.The residual turbidity of waste slurry can be reduced to 10 FTU by adding 0.02%flocculant,which can effectively encapsulate and bridge solid particles.The flocculation effect of the flocculant is better than that of anionic Polyacrylamide(Apam),the dewatering effect was similar to that of composite flocculant(CaCl2+AMAP).
