为了提高建筑装配率并提高结构抗震性能,创新采用剪力墙结构装配式可拆卸钢筋桁架楼承板,对剪力墙结构不同标高楼承板设计构造、楼承板2m跨度内免支撑体系、洞口预留、拼缝防错台漏浆设计及其配套使用的电气导管预留等一系列细部做法在传统桁架楼承板基础上进行改进优化,进一步提升楼承板实用性、可靠性和可推广性,整合了现浇结构和装配式结构的双重优势,达到了实体质量一次成优的目的,节约施工成本、提高施工效率.
Construction Technology of Prefabricated Detachable Steel Truss Floor Bearing Plate
In order to improve the assembly rate of the building,realize the purpose of not only satisfying the assembly rate but also achieving the cast-in-place concrete,and at the same time improve the seismic performance of the structure,the innovative combination of detachable steel truss floor bearing plate and shear wall structure aluminum alloy formwork technology,and for the design and construction of different elevation floor bearing plates of shear wall structure,the support-free system within the 2 m span of the floor bearing plate,the reser-vation of openings,the design of slurry leakage of the joint anti-misalignment platform and the reservation of electrical conduits used in the traditional truss floor bearing plate are improved and optimized on the basis of the traditional truss floor bearing plate.To further improve the practicability,reliability and generalizability of the floor deck,integrate the dual advantages of cast-in-place structure and prefabricated structure,achieve the purpose of one-time excellence of physical quality,save construction costs and improve construction effi-ciency.
