基于探地雷达无损检测技术的衬砌脱空规律研究

为揭示隧道衬砌脱空分布规律,结合工程调研与现场检测,对隧道衬砌脱空规律展开研究,结果表明:衬砌背后脱空集中出现在拱顶与拱腰,占比高达检测数据的93%;衬砌背后脱空纵向长度受二衬作业台车长度影响极大,92。4%检测出的脱空病害纵向长度≤9 m;衬砌背后脱空高度与二衬厚度密切相关,99。1%检测处的脱空病害高度<40 cm。
Research on the Characteristics of Voids Behind Tunnel Linings Based on Ground Penetrating Radar Non-Destructive Testing Technology
To uncover the distribution patterns of delamination behind the lining and provide guidance for professionals in the field,this study combines engineering surveys with on-site inspections to investigate the characteristics of delamination in tunnel linings.The results show that delamination behind the lining is predominantly con-centrated in the crown and intrados,accounting for as much as 93%of the recorded data,the longitudinal length of delamination behind the lining is heavily influenced by the length of the secondary lining operation trolley,with 92.4%of detected delamination defects having a longitudinal length of≤9 m,the height of delam-ination behind the lining is closely associated with the thickness of the secondary lining,with delamination de-fects detected in 99.1%of cases having a height of less than 40 cm.
