RAP精分细粉料Sup-25沥青混合料配合比设计及验证

为了验证沥青混合料回收料(RAP)细粉料厂拌热再生应用效果,依托精细分离设备,利用物理碰撞方式将RAP精分为满足工程需要的集料,用其中占比最大、沥青含量最高的0~3 mm料替换一部分细料和填料,对Sup-25沥青混合料配合比进行设计,通过车辙试验、冻融劈裂试验和浸水马歇尔试验检验高温稳定性和水稳定性。对比分析精分细粉料对Sup-25沥青混合料路用性能的影响,结果发现:添加0~3 mm细粉料可减少约1%新加油石比;高温稳定性和水稳定性皆满足规范要求且可使沥青混合料的高温稳定性提高约18。5%。
Design and Verification of the Mix Proportion of RAP Fine Powder Sup-25 Asphalt Mixture
In order to verify the application effect of RAP fine powder in plant mixed hot recycling,relying on fine sepa-ration equipment and using physical collision method,the RAP fine aggregate that meets the engineering needs was replaced with a part of the fine aggregate and filler,which accounts for the largest proportion and has the highest asphalt content.The mix proportion of Sup-25 asphalt mixture was tested,and its high-tem-perature stability and water stability were tested through rutting test,freeze-thaw splitting test,and immer-sion Marshall test.By comparing and analyzing the impact of finely divided materials on the road performance of Sup-25,it was found that adding 0~3 mm fine powder can reduce the new oilstone ratio by approximately 1%,the high temperature stability and water stability meet the specification requirements,and adding 0~3 mm fine powder can increase the high temperature stability of the asphalt mixture by approximately 18.5%.
