废混凝土再生集料用于沥青路面面层的性能研究

为了探讨废混凝土再生集料用于沥青路面面层的可行性,首先分析了废混凝土再生集料与沥青之间的黏附性特征,在此基础上,以废混凝土再生集料替代部分天然集料,以沥青路面下面层AC-25C为目标级配进行配合比设计,研究了废混凝土再生集料掺入量对沥青混合料高温稳定性、低温抗裂性及水稳定性的影响规律。结果表明,废混凝土再生集料与沥青之间的黏附性等级为4级,满足要求;相对于全新集料沥青混合料而言,废混凝土再生集料的掺入量不超过30%时,对沥青混合料的高温性能影响较小,但低温抗裂性和水稳定性随着再生集料掺入量的增大而降低,当再生集料掺入量不超过50%时,废混凝土再生集料沥青混合料技术性能良好,可以用于路面下面层建设。
Study on Application Performance of Waste Concrete Recycled Aggregate in Asphalt Pavement Layer
In order to explore the feasibility of using waste concrete recycled aggregate for asphalt pavement layer,the adhesive characteristics between waste concrete recycled aggregate and asphalt was analyzed firstly.On this basis,waste concrete recycled aggregates were used to replace some natural aggregates,and the mixture de-sign was carried out with AC-25C as the target gradation for the asphalt pavement surface.The effects of waste concrete recycled aggregate content on the high temperature stability when the amount of waste concrete recy-cled aggregate is less than 30%,low temperature cracking resistance and water stability of asphalt mixture were studied in this paper.The results show that the adhesion between recycled aggregate and asphalt is grade 4,which meets the requirements of technical specifications.Compared with the new asphalt mixture,the con-tent of waste concrete recycled aggregate has little influence on the high-temperature performance of asphalt mixture,but the low-temperature crack resistance and water stability decrease with the content of recycled ag-gregate increasing.When the content of recycled aggregate is less than 60%,the asphalt mixture of waste con-crete recycled aggregate has good technical performance and can be used in pavement Layer construction.
