Seismic Performance Analysis of A Long-Span Continuous Rigid-Framed Bridge
In order to effectively assess the seismic performance of urban long-span continuous rigid frame bridges,a continuous rigid-framed bridge with a span combination of(63+115+63)m in Yangquan City,Shanxi Prov-ince,was selected for the study.Using the spatial nonlinear dynamic time-history analysis method, the bend-ing moment and displacement response of the structure were obtained, and the seismic performance of the rig-id frame bridge pier was checked. The results show that under the E2 earthquake, both the displacement of the pier top and the shear resistance of the plastic hinge meet the seismic code requirements, and the bridge can be restored for use after emergency repair. The conclusions drawn from this study can serve as a reference for the seismic design of similar continuous rigid frame bridges.
