In view of the high concentration of pollutants,poor biodegradability,and large changes in water quality and quantity in pharmaceutical wastewater,the folded flow dissolved air flotation process is adopted for pretreat-ment of pharmaceutical wastewater.This paper introduces the process characteristics and design points of this technology,and verifies it through engineering examples.The results show that the process used for the pre-treatment of pharmaceutical wastewater,has good treatment effect on SS and oil in raw water,and can remove part of COD and BOD at the same time.
