摘要
为探讨科技期刊青年编辑队伍发展中存在的问题,探寻青年编辑的发展诉求和发展对策,通过文献调研、小型研讨会等形式,采集信息和相关资料,整合归纳科技期刊青年编辑人才培养中面临的问题和发展建议.针对科技期刊青年编辑普遍存在的职业认知和定位模糊、综合素质有待提升等问题,提出相应举措,多渠道助力青年编辑成长.
Abstract
This study aims to discuss the problems existing in the development of young editors of sci-tech journals,and to explore the development demands and strategies of young editors.Information and relevant materials are collected through literature research,small-scale seminars and other forms.The problems and development suggestions faced in the training of young editors of sci-tech journals are summarized.In response to the common problems such as vague professional cognition and positioning,and the need to improve comprehensive qualities among young editors in sci-tech journals,corresponding measures are proposed to support the growth of young editors through multiple channels.
