摘要
介绍了当前国际期刊的发展形势,并指出我国科技期刊领域面临的高质量刊物少、中英文期刊发展不均衡、科技期刊集群化和规模化程度低、科技期刊编辑人员结构单一、科研评价体系不合理等问题.针对以上问题,提出了加强宣传、扩大优质稿源、打造高水平编委会和审稿专家队伍、优化编辑人员结构及提升素养、建设高质量论文发表和传播平台、构建科学合理的科研评价体系等对策.希望经过几年的努力,能够培育一批具有国际影响力的世界一流科技期刊,实现由期刊大国向期刊强国的转变.
Abstract
This paper introduces the current development situation of international journals,and points out that China's sci-tech journals are faced with few high-quality journals,unbalanced development of Chinese and English journals,low clustering and scale,single editorial staff structure,unreasonable research evaluation system and so on.In response to the above problems,it is proposed to strengthen publicity,expand high-quality manuscript sources,build a high-level editorial committee and a team of review experts,optimize the structure of editorial staff and improve their literacy,build a high-quality paper publication and dissemination platform,and build a scientific and reasonable scientific research evaluation system.It is hoped that after several years of efforts,a number of world-class sci-tech journals with international influence will be cultivated,and the transformation from a periodical power to a periodical power will be realized.
