科技期刊作为国家展现科技实力的重要载体,为推动科技发展发挥了重要作用.从期刊社会效益经营、经济效益获取方式、人才机制建设、新媒体发展 4 个方面出发,结合《中草药》发展分享了经验和举措,提出期刊只有拥有良好的社会效益才能收获经济效益;编辑人才是期刊发展的基础,要通过转变思维和工作方式来顺应新媒体发展趋势.
Abstract
As an important carrier for the country to show its scientific and technological strength,science and technology journals play an important role in promoting the development of science and technology.From four aspects of journal social benefit management,economic benefit acquisition methods,talent mechanism construction and new media development,combined with the development of Chinese Herbal Medicine magazine,the experience and measures are shared.It is proposed that good social benefit is the key to transform into economic benefit,and editorial talents are the foundation of journal development.It is necessary to adapt to the trend of new media development by changing thinking and working methods.
