Analysis on Problems and Countermeasures of Agricultural Science and Technology Development to Support Rural Revitalization in Tianjin
The comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization and the acceleration of agricultural and rural modernization cannot be separated from the solid support provided by technology.This paper analyzes several bottleneck issues that constrain the development of agricultural science and technology in Tianjin from the perspectives of agricultural science and technology talents,agricultural science and technology promotion and agricultural science and technology support.It proposes countermeasures and suggestions around the construction of agricultural science and technology socialized service system,stimulating the vitality of scientific research personnel,and promoting the transformation and promotion of scientific and technological achievements,in order to provide a reference theoretical basis for Tianjin to stimulate the vitality of agricultural science and technology development and support rural revitalization.
