The general contracting management mode in the field of offshore engineering is analyzed and studied.The advantages and disadvantages of the design,construction,and installation sectors in charge of the general contracting management of the project are pointed out,and the project types adapted to general contracting modes in different sectors are elaborated.Combined with the overall trend of digital transformation,this paper gives development suggestions for PMO's general contracting mode,which has certain guiding significance for the future EPCI general contracting work.
