Based on the background of"artificial intelligence",this paper applies the STEEP model to analyze the favorable driving factors for the construction of a smart medical library from five aspects:social factors,technological factors,economic factors,environmental factors and political factors.Furthermore,it proposes construction concepts from four dimensions,aiming to provide new ideas and references for related research.
