风电叶片用国产化VAP膜的工艺性能研究

Research on Process Performance of Localized VAP Membrane for Wind Power Blades

随着风电叶片向大型化、轻量化方向发展,为确保风电叶片产品质量,在叶片生产过程中引入了高模量玻纤织物,以增强其性能.但因高模量玻纤织物灌注难,在工艺设计时加入了VAP膜进行辅助,此前一直应用进口VAP膜,在巨大的成本压力下,开发国产VAP膜十分迫切.对国产VAP膜与进口VAP膜进行性能对比研究,结果显示,两者透气性和透胶性差异较小,能满足风电叶片真空灌注过程的要求,应用国产VAP膜有利于降低风电叶片生产成本,符合风电叶片平价开发的需求.
Wind turbine blades are gradually developing towards large scale lightening,in order to ensure the quality of wind power blade products,high modulus glass fiber fabric is introduced in the blade production process to enhance its performance.However because of the difficult perfusion of high modulus glass fiber fabric,VAP membrane is added to assist in the process design.Previously,imported VAP membranes have been used,under the huge cost pressure,the development of domestic VAP membrane is very urgent.The properties of domestic VAP membrane and imported VAP membrane were compared.The results show that compared with the imported VAP membrane,there are small differences in the air permeability and rubber penetration of the domestic VAP membrane,which could meet the requirements of the vacuum perfusion process of wind power blades.The development of the domestic VAP membrane is conducive to reducing the production cost of wind power blades and meets the demand for affordable development of wind turbine blades.
