以海洋石油某平台注水增压泵电机控制电路为研究对象,以提高接触器吸合速度及可靠性为研究目的,提出适用于现阶段海洋石油平台配电系统控制电路暂态压降的计算方法,编制"控制电压暂态压降自动校核系统"用于对平台低压控制电路压降校核分析,揭示了接触器吸合速度慢、吸合不牢等现象的深层原因,提出并实施长距离控制电路设计方案,为海洋石油平台安全环保、工艺流程中的电动设备运行控制提供技术支持.
Taking the motor control circuit of a water injection booster pump for an offshore oil platform as the main research object,and aiming at improving the reliability and speed of contactor suction,a calculation method for the transient voltage drop of the control circuit in the current distribution system of offshore oil platform is proposed,and the automatic check system of control voltage transient voltage drop is developed and used to check the voltage drop of the low-voltage control circuit of the platform.The design scheme of long distance control circuit is put forward and implemented,and the detailed reasons of slow and unstable suction speed of contactor are explained,which provides technical reference for the safety and environmental protection of offshore oil platform and the operation control of electric equipment in the process.
