Preventing academic misconduct is a challenging and complex task faced by editors of science and technology journals.This paper analyzes the reasons for the formation of academic misconduct in the context of new media,summarizes the specific manifestations of academic misconduct,and proposes measures to prevent academic misconduct,such as improving systems and standardizing processing processes,adopting various technical means,and improving the literacy and ability of science and technology journal editors,in order to safeguard the healthy development of science and technology journals.
