Research on High Temperature and Low-Density CO2 Corrosion-Resistant Cement Slurry System
In order to study the cement slurry system suitable for low-pressure leaky formation and containing CO2 corrosive gas in oil and gas wells,low-density preservative C-JX52 was prepared, and a high-temperature and low-density CO2 corrosion-resistant cement slurry system was constructed to evaluate the performance of the cement slurry system. The experimental results show that the rheological properties, water loss and thickening time of the low-density anticorrosive cement slurry meet the requirements of site construction. The compressive strength of 24 h is greater than 14 MPa.Under the conditions of 150℃and CO2 partial pressure of 20 MPa,the corrosion depth of 30 d is less than 2 mm,the compressive strength decay rate is less than 15%,and the permeability increase rate is less than 25%.
