摘要

为研究适用于低压易漏地层且含CO2 腐蚀气体油气井固井水泥浆体系,制备了低密度防腐剂C-JX52,并构建了耐高温低密度防CO2 防腐蚀水泥浆体系,对水泥浆体系性能进行的评价实验结果表明:该低密度防腐蚀水泥浆流变性、失水和稠化时间满足现场施工要求,其 24 h抗压强度大于 14 MPa,在 150℃、CO2 分压 20 MPa条件下,30 d腐蚀深度在 2 mm以下,抗压强度衰退率小于 15%,渗透率增大率小于 25%.

Abstract

In order to study the cement slurry system suitable for low-pressure leaky formation and containing CO2 corrosive gas in oil and gas wells,low-density preservative C-JX52 was prepared,and a high-temperature and low-density CO2 corrosion-resistant cement slurry system was constructed to evaluate the performance of the cement slurry system.The experimental results show that the rheological properties,water loss and thickening time of the low-density anticorrosive cement slurry meet the requirements of site construction.The compressive strength of 24 h is greater than 14 MPa.Under the conditions of 150℃and CO2 partial pressure of 20 MPa,the corrosion depth of 30 d is less than 2 mm,the compressive strength decay rate is less than 15%,and the permeability increase rate is less than 25%.
