在硬质海床区域进行预挖沟和海底管道长距离登陆拖拉作业,在海床基本由钙质岩与砂岩构成的海域,海床的特殊性给传统预挖沟和长距离登陆拖拉作业带来较大困难.通过对硬质海床区域预挖沟与海底管道长距离登陆拖拉关键技术的研究,采用海床硬层破碎技术,借助传统铲斗式挖沟船的效率优势,可解决硬质海床区域进行预挖沟作业的难题;通过采用拖拉浮筒不均匀布置及管道开槽等技术措施,可解决硬质海床区域海底管道长距离登陆拖拉作业的难题.
Due to the special nature of the seabed,especially the sea area where the seabed is basically composed of calcareous rock and sandstone,long-distance beach pull and pre-trench operations have great difficulties.This paper researches the key technologies for long-distance beach pull and pre-trench in hard seabed areas.The combination of seabed hard-layer crushing technology cornbined with the traditional bucket dredger can solve the problem of pre-trench operations in hard seabed areas.By adopting key technologies such as the uneven arrangement of buoys and pipeline grooving,the problem of long-distance beach pull in hard seabed areas can be solved.
