某海上石油平台燃气轮机排烟管顶部安装有防雨帽,致使燃气轮机运行时排放的高温烟气向下喷出并扩散至四周.受平台空间限制,在某些风向下,高温烟气直接吹向临近的吊车、修井机,致使相关设备液压系统受热高温报警而失灵,也给其施工作业带来安全隐患.以该平台燃气轮机机组为研究对象,分析拆除排烟管防雨帽后雨水由排烟管进入备用燃气轮机机组内部形成积水带来的不利影响,结合机组清洗污水排放管线现状,提出雨水积水排放改造的设计思路,对机组现有排水系统相关管线实施优化改造,实现燃气轮机机组停机时自动排放烟道积水,从而避免了积水侵蚀核心机,延长了机组使用寿命.
A rainproof cap is installed on the top of the gas turbine exhaust pipe of an offshore oil platform,which causes the high-temperature flue gas emitted during the operation of the gas turbine to be ejected downward and spread to all around.Due to the limitation of offshore platform space,the high-temperature flue gas in some wind directions is directly blown to the nearby crane and workover rig,causing the hydraulic system of the related equipment to fail due to the heating and high temperature alarm,and also bringing potential safety hazards to its construction operations.Taking the gas turbine unit as the research object,this paper analyzes the adverse effect of rainwater from the smoke exhaust pipe into the standby turbine unit after removing the smoke exhaust pipe rain cap,and puts forward the design idea of rainwater drainage transformation according to the existing cleaning sewage discharge pipeline of the unit.The relevant pipelines of the existing drainage system of the unit are optimized and reconstructed to realize the automatic discharge of flue water when the gas turbine is shut down,thus avoiding the water from eroding the gas turbine core unit and extending the service life of the unit.
