Academic paper management is an important part of hospital research management work.However,the manual registration and review management method not only involves cumbersome procedures,but also reduces work efficiency,and cannot achieve accurate and rapid summary and statistical analysis of the publication status of academic papers.With the problem as the orientation,a development scheme of information system for three-level management of academic papers is designed,which realizes functions such as data management,data analysis and data report,simplifies work procedures,and improves management level and work efficiency.
