摘要
对近年来医院在实际科研管理过程中潜在的科研失信问题及成因进行分析,从诚信意识、管理体系、评价标准、惩处力度、共享交流 5 方面进行讨论,并提出改进方法,以期为健康良好的科研生态提供保障.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the potential problems and causes of scientific research dishonesty in the actual scientific research management process of hospitals in recent years,discusses five aspects:integrity awareness,management system,evaluation criteria,punishment intensity,sharing and communication,and proposes improvement methods,so as to provide guarantee for a well scientific research ecology.
