To determine the application value of dexmedetomidine(DEX)in elderly patients with hip replacement under general anesthesia,70 elderly patients with hip replacement under general anesthesia are randomly divided into DS group and S group.The PCA formula of DS group is DEX combined with sufentanil,and the formula of S group is sufentanil.The results show as follows:NRS score of DS group is lower than that of S group,and Ramsay score is higher than that of S group(P＜0.05).The scores of hip abduction motion,flexion and muscle strength of DS group are higher than those of S group(P＜0.05).The PSQI score of DS group is lower than that of S group(P＜0.05).The results show that DEX can significantly improve the postoperative analgesia and sleep quality of elderly patients with hip replacement under general anesthesia,and has certain clinical application value.
