Analysis of Factors Enhancing Influence of Journals Based on Cited Frequency of Published Papers
Four journals in the field of geophysics:Chinese Journal of Geophysics,Seismology and Geology,Earthquake Research in China,and Seismological and Geomagnetic Observation and Research were selected to count the cited frequency of papers published in 2015-2019.It is found that there are many highly cited papers in SCI Journal Chinese Journal of Geophysics and EI Journal Seismology and Geology.It is considered that highly cited papers can effectively enhance the academic influence of journals.Further analysis shows that in order to acquire highly cited manuscripts,it is necessary to give full play to the role of editorial board and cultivate the author group.
