Exploration and Practice of Manuscript Acquisition Strategies for Special Column of Small Editorial Departments of Professional Academic Journals:Taking Journal of Building Structures as an Example
Under the background that the state vigorously promotes the high-quality development of journals,it is of great significance to explore the publishing strategy for the special column of the small editorial office of the professional academic journals.Manuscript acquisition for the special column is an important means to improve the quality of academic journals.The editorial department should make full use of existing resources,plan in advance,and coordinate comprehensively.Based on the guest chief editor system proposed by Journal of Building Structure,the manuscript acquisition process of the special column for this system is introduced,and the implementation effect of manuscript acquisition for the special column in recent years is summarized,in order to provide reference for the high-quality development of other professional academic journals.
