为避免期刊审稿过程中因非客观评价而导致优秀稿件流失,实施"稿件定性+定量"的客观性评价,将层次分析法(AHP)与模糊综合评判法相结合,分析现有的稿件质量评价指标体系的优缺点,完善优化审稿流程,构建新的指标评价体系.AHP-模糊综合评判模型实现了审稿过程稿件评价的定量化,提高了评审结果的公平性,为审稿过程稿件评价的客观性和科学性提供了参考和帮助.
Construction of Manuscript Quality Evaluation Model in Review Process of Sci-tech Journals
To avoid the loss of excellent manuscripts caused by non-objective evaluation in the review process of journals,and realize the qualitative and quantitative objective evaluation.By combining AHP with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the advantages and disadvantages of the existing manuscript quality evaluation index system are analyzed,the review process is improved and optimized,and the new index evaluation system is established.The AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model realizes the quantification of manuscript evaluation in the review process and improves the fairness of the review results,and provides reference and help for the objectivity and scientificity of manuscript evaluation in the review process.
