南海西部某油田投产后,产出介质中硫化氢含量偏高,大于设计值.为确保生产工艺管线及海管安全运行,避免发生硫化氢脆性断裂情况对油田安全生产造成影响,通过查阅选材依据,并结合检测及试验评估结果,综合评估酸性环境中管材的适用性.
Suitability Evaluation for Pipeline under Acidic Environmental Conditions in an Oilfield in Western South China Sea
After an oilfield in the west of the South China Sea was put into operation,the content of hydrogen sulfide in the output medium was higher than the design value.In order to ensure the safe operation of production process pipelines and offshore pipelines,and to avoid the impact of hydrogen sulfide brittle fracture on safety production of the oilfield,the suitability of pipes in acidic environments is comprehensively evaluated by consulting the material selection basis and combining detection and experimental evaluation results.
