深入研究浮式生产储卸油装置(FPSO)串靠外输作业溢油风险问题,通过归纳、总结FPSO串靠外输作业的特点和溢油原因及可能导致的环境和经济影响,提出一系列应对措施,包括加强天气的预测及前期准备工作、设备定期检查和隐患整改、人员技能提高、各项安全制度的贯彻执行等,从而有效降低FPSO串靠外输作业溢油风险,保护海洋生态环境,保障经济利益,也可为相关领域的研究提供借鉴.
Abstract
This paper conducts in-depth research on the risk of oil spill in FPSO tandem offloading operations.By summarizing the characteristics and causes of FPSO tandem offloading operations,as well as the potential environmental and economic impacts,a series of effective measures are proposed,including strengthening weather prediction and preliminary preparation work,regular equipment inspections,rectification of hidden dangers,improving personnel skills,and implementing various safety systems.These measures can effectively reduce the risk of oil spill during FPSO tandem offloading operations,ensuring the safety of marine ecological environment and economic interests.It also provides reference and inspiration for research in related fields.
