摘要
分析液化天然气浮式存储再气化装置(FSRU)的技术和运营特点,详细介绍FSRU投资少、周期短、灵活性高等优势,以及作业环境和方式受限多、扩容难、税费增加风险、国产化带动作用不确定等劣势.结合FSRU发展现状,预测FSRU的未来发展趋势,并向FSRU船东或运营商提出建议.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the technical and operation characteristics of FSRU,and introduces in detail the advantages of low investment,short cycle and high flexibility of FSRU,as well as the disadvantages of FSRU,such as more restricted operating environment and mode,difficult expansion,increased risks of taxes and fees,and uncertain driving role of localization.Combined with the development status of FSRU,the future development trend of FSRU is analyzed and predicted,and relevant development suggestions are put forward to FSRU shipowners or operators.
