Comprehensive Inspection and Maintenance Recommendations for FPSO Single Point Hydraulic System
The two hydraulic systems of FPSO single point mooring system have been running for many years,and no comprehensive inspection of the system has been carried out,and some components are approaching the service life.Through a comprehensive inspection,focusing on dismantling and inspecting representative components,potential hazards are identified.Based on the inspection results,the safety evaluation of the equipment is carried out,which deepens the comprehensive understanding of the hydraulic system and accumulates maintenance experience to ensure safe operation.
