Design and Application of Beveling Machine in Submarine Pipeline Cutting Operation
During the process of laying or repairing pipelines,beveling machines are indispensable professional equipment.At present,the application of beveling machines in land pipeline cutting operations is very mature,but there are certain limitations in the application of underwater cutting operations,which will increase the underwater operation time of divers,cause the stagnation of underwater pipeline maintenance operations,and thus increase the cost of offshore operations.This paper introduces an underwater beveling machine,which has been validated in practical project applications for its applicability in underwater pipeline cutting operations.It can provide reference for other underwater pipeline cutting operations.
