为解决海底管线漏磁检测器数据失效率高这一难题,运用调查分析、测试测量、现场试验 3 种方法,结合关联图找出探头保护壳被磨穿、收装球时球体不同轴、漏磁检测器与球筒磁力吸引 3 个影响最大的因素,提出改用氧化锆保护壳、制作漏磁检测球收装工具的改进措施.现场试验表明,改进措施具有较高的实用价值.
Study and Improvement on Data Failure Rate of Submarine Pipeline Magnetic Flux Leakage Pig
To solve the problem of high data failure rate of submarine pipeline magnetic flux leakage(MFL)pig,three methods of investigation and analysis,test and measurement and field test,combined with correlation diagram,are used to find out the three most influential factors:wear through of the probe protective shell,non-coaxiality of pig during receiving and loading,and magnetic attraction between MFL pig and launcher or receiver.In view of the above factors,the improvement measures of using zirconia protective shell and making MFL pig receiving and loading tools are put forward.The field test conducted in pipeline simulation test field show that they have high practical value.
