摘要

受长期注聚影响,渤海油田油水井老化聚合物堵塞较为普遍,严重影响油田正常生产.利用实验筛选评价方法,优选一种非氧化解聚体系,并成功应用于现场.应用后,该井视吸水指数增加 2.99 倍,说明该药剂体系有效解除了聚合物老化复合垢,可进行后续推广.

Abstract

Due to the long-term impact of polymer injection,aged polymer blockages are common in oil and water wells in Bohai oilfields,which seriously affects the normal production of the oilfield.Using experimental screening and evaluation methods,a non-oxidative depolymerization system was selected and successfully applied on site.After the application,the apparent water absorption index of the well increased by 2.99 times,indicating that the chemical system can effectively remove the aged polymer composite scale and can be further promoted and applied.
