摘要

泵工况仪可以实时记录电潜泵运行参数,能够直观反映电潜泵工作状态、油藏参数变化.操作人员每日汇总和分析泵工况数据,由于无法实时监测,且每台泵工况历史数据需要存储卡导出查看,所以存在不能及时发现电潜泵异常状态的问题.利用RS485 通信网络,实现对 17 台泵工况数据的集中监控和管理,为提升油井电潜泵管理水平提供借鉴.

Abstract

The pump working condition instrument can record the operating parameters of electric submersible pump in real time,and can intuitively reflect the working state of electric submersible pump and the change of reservoir parameters.The operators record and summarize the pump operating data on site every day,and then analyze the data.Because it cannot be monitored in real time,and the historical data of each pump working condition needs a memory card to export and view,there is a problem that the abnormal state of the electric submersible pump cannot be found in time.This paper introduces the use of RS485 communication network to achieve the centralized monitoring and management of 17 pump working conditions data,to provide more and more direct data for oil well dynamic analysis and fault diagnosis,and to provide reference for improving the management level of electric submersible pump in oil wells.
