摘要

海上平台电伴热故障定位系统由硬件和软件构成:硬件包括大功率信号发生器、高灵敏信号接收器、高压脉冲发生器、磁声同步故障定位仪、检测仪前置设备和计算机,用于确定电伴热电源盒位置、电伴热路径和采集信号数据;软件用于对数据进行处理和仿真,得出电伴热故障距离和波形图,给维修人员提供精确定位,帮助维修人员快速解决电伴热故障,保障海上平台安全生产.

Abstract

The electric heat tracing fault location technology for offshore platforms is composed of software and hardware.The hardware includes a high-power signal generator,a highly sensitive signal receiver,a high-voltage pulse generator,a magnetoacoustic synchronous fault locator,a detector front-end device,and a computer to determine the location of the electric heat tracing power box,the electric heat tracing path,and acquisite signal data.The software processes and simulates the data,obtains the fault distance and waveform of electric heat tracing,provides accurate positioning for maintenance personnel,helps maintenance personnel solve the fault of electric heat tracing quickly,and ensures the safe production of offshore platforms.
