Comparative Study on Decentralized and Centralized Management Models of Scientific Research Funds
The management of scientific research funds is a key element in ensuring the effective implementation and success of research projects.It is an important means to enhance the transparency and standardization of research activities,prevent the waste and abuse of resources,and a key link to promote the healthy development of the entire scientific research system."Decentralized"and"centralized"types are the two mainstream management models of scientific research funds.The advantages and limitations of these two models are analyzed in detail and their applicability is discussed.It is found that both models play essential roles in supporting technological innovation,but there are also some problems in practice.They need to be coordinated and integrated in time after weighing,so as to achieve the optimization of the effectiveness of scientific research funds.
