系统阐述电力系统供电稳定对于海上平台油气生产的重要性,通过研究改造方案中涉及的海上平台电力系统结构,剖析传统的停电改造方案,提出采取调整低压盘运行模式、增设临时并车装置、接入临时发电机等措施,实现了在高压盘改造期间低压盘不停电、生产不关停.分析现场作业过程中的关键风险点,旨在为其他海上生产平台提供借鉴.
Research on Non Power Outage Scheme for Low Voltage Distribution Panel during Renovation of High Voltage Distribution Panel on Offshore Platform
The importance of the power supply stability of the power system to the oil and gas production of the offshore platform is systematically expounded.After studying the power system structure of the offshore platform involved in this scheme and in-depth analysis of the traditional power outage renovation scheme,some measures,such as adjusting the operation mode of the low-voltage panel,adding temporary paralleling devices,and connecting temporary generators are proposed to achieve uninterrupted power supply and production during the renovation of the high-voltage panel.The key risk points in the field operation process are analyzed in order to provide reference for other offshore production platforms.
