Design and Dynamic Simulation of Sliding Seal Door for Vacuum Equipment
The design scheme of sliding seal door for vacuum equipment is introduced,and the structural design calculation is carried out.On this basis,in order to better verify the feasibility of the design and ensure that the sliding seal door can move as expected,a three-dimensional model of the sliding seal door was established using ADAMS software based on the design parameters.Dynamic simulation was conducted on the operating state,and the simulation results verified the rationality of the design and the accuracy of the model.
