Renovation and Maintenance of Outdoor Frequency Converter Cooling System on Oil Production Platform
Oil wells are important supports for offshore oil production platforms,and the oil well frequency converter is an important equipment that ensures the normal operation of submersible electric pumps.The frequency converter can record the running data and fault reasons of the motor.The downhole data of each oil well is transmitted to the frequency converter through the pump working conditions,and then transmitted to the upper computer and finally to the central control interface.By optimizing and upgrading the frequency converter,countermeasures were successfully proposed to solve the common problems of the outdoor frequency converter,ensure the smooth operation of on-site oil wells,and provide data and theoretical basis for on-site maintenance personnel.
