海上浮式风电系统的批钻链式锚群设计方案和施工技术

随着风电安装技术、海洋钻井成孔技术和工艺的进步,海上风电系统逐渐向远海、深海领域延伸,当水深超过 50 m,甚至 100 m后,考虑到安全性和经济性,海上风电基础由桩基式逐步转向漂浮式.现有大孔径嵌岩成孔、锤桩的桩基式底座已不能实现浮式风电系统锚定,基于此,利用海洋批钻钻井成孔、固井技术与工艺,采用批钻链式锚群,实现海上浮式风电系统的链式锚定.
Design Scheme and Construction Technology of Batch Drilling Chain Anchor Group for Offshore Floating Wind Power System
With the advancement of wind power installation technology,offshore drilling technology and processes,offshore wind power systems are gradually extending to the fields of far seas and deep seas.When the water depth exceeds 50 m,or even 100 m,considering safety and economic factors,offshore wind power systems have gradually shifted from pile foundation support to chain anchoring.The existing pile foundations with large pore size embedded rock drilling and hammer piles can no longer achieve the purpose of floating wind power system anchoring.In order to meet the anchoring needs of floating wind power systems,this paper conducts a practical study on the chain anchor group technology using offshore batch drilling,and cementing techniques and processes,achieving chain anchoring of offshore floating wind power systems.
