射流增压技术在海上平台低压气回收中的应用研究

为提高海上平台低压气回收效率,最大限度降低低压气处理能耗和天然气放空,综合考虑投资、体积、工作量等因素,制定相应回收方案.在调研国内低压气处理的基础上,结合海上平台低压气、高压气实际运行参数,采用射流增压技术,建立一级射流增压、二级射流增压回收方案,得到低压气回收量与高压气消耗量的关系.通过对比低压气回收量与高压气消耗量,确定选择二级射流增压回收低压气方案,利于实现低压气的高效回收.
Research on Jet Boosting Technology in Recovery of Low Pressure Gas on Offshore Platform
In order to improve the efficiency of low-pressure gas recovery on offshore platforms,minimize the energy consumption of low-pressure gas processing and natural gas venting,a corresponding recovery scheme is formulated in accordance with factors such as investment,volume,and workload.On the basis of investigating domestic low-pressure gas processing,combined with the actual operating parameters of low-pressure gas and high-pressure gas on offshore platforms,the jet boosting technology is adopted to establish first-stage jet boosting and second-stage jet boosting recovery schemes,and the relationship between low-pressure gas recovery and high-pressure gas consumption is obtained.By comparing the recovery of low-pressure gas with the consumption of high-pressure gas,the second-stage jet boosting scheme for recovering low-pressure gas was selected to realize the high-efficiency recovery of low-pressure gas.
