摘要

随着海洋石油产业的快速发展,危险货物数据增长较快.为更好地管理危险货物,开发一个基于ASP.NET Core Blazor架构的危险废物标识与监管系统,辅助现场执法监督进行数据采集和传输,实时监控和跟踪危险货物的申报等环节,使危险货物从源头产生、运输、使用到包装物的返回形成闭环管理,以满足企业及监管部门对危险废物标识与监管工作的需求.

Abstract

With the rapid development of the offshore oil industry,the data of dangerous goods has increased rapidly.In order to better manage hazardous goods,a hazardous waste identification and supervision system based on the development architecture Blazor is developed to assist on-site law enforcement supervision for data collection and transmission,real-time monitoring and tracking of hazardous goods declaration and other processes,so as to form a closed-loop management of dangerous goods from the source generation,transportation and use to the return of packaging,in order to meet the needs of enterprises and regulatory authorities for hazardous waste identification and supervision.
