根据某新能源MPV车型车身结构特点,进行局部精细化建模,通过侧面柱碰撞工况建模仿真分析,发现车身结构存在上端强度不足、顶棚上边梁折弯、B柱上端焊点大面积失效、侧面入侵过大等问题,从连接形式、材料选择、结构设计 3 方面给出优化方案,从而有效降低侧面车身侵入,改善车身关键结构变形趋势,同时降低乘员伤害.
Application of Modeling and Simulation Analysis of Side Column Collision Conditions in Optimization of Body Structure of a MPV Model
Based on the characteristics of the body structure of a new energy MPV model,the local fine modeling is carried out.Through modeling and simulation analysis of side column collision conditions,problems such as insufficient upper end strength of the body structure,bending of the upper beam of the ceiling,large area failure of the upper welding spot of the B-column,and excessive side intrusion are found.Optimization schemes are proposed from three aspects of connection form,material selection and structural design,so as to effectively reduce the side body intrusion,improve the deformation trend of key structure of the body and reduce occupant injury.
