重庆市卫健委结合当地实际情况,充分发挥现有市级全民健康信息服务平台、卫健云、卫健专网等基础设施的优势,建设全行业电子证照系统.该系统高效支撑全市卫生行业相关证照的在线办理,实现了电子证照的全流程信息采集、数据跨行业交换、检索、获取、验证、下载等功能,切实推进"互联网+政务服务",方便了人民群众,推动了卫生健康行业的数字化发展.
Abstract
Based on the actual situation of the local,the Chongqing Municipal Health Commission fully utilizes the basic advantages of existing municipal level public health information service platform,health cloud,and health private network to build an industry wide electronic certificate system.The system efficiently supports the online processing of relevant certificates in the city's health industry,realizes functions such as full process information collection,cross industry data exchange,retrieval,acquisition,verification,and download of electronic certificates,effectively promotes the"Internet plus+government services",facilitates the people,and promotes the digital development of the health industry.
